Truitt’s Water Service is a family owned and operated company, based in the Raleigh – Durham – Triangle area of North Carolina.  In 1986, Truitt Thompson founded the company to provide water to home, community and private swimming pools in the Triangle Piedmont and Sandhills regions.  Today, Truitt, his wife Sabrina and sons Travis and Joey manage the company's day-to-day operations, including our fleet of specialized trucks which can haul up to 6,000 gallons of bulk water at a time.

Truitt’s Water Service is dedicated to providing our residential, community, commercial and industrial customers with quality, potable water and customer service.  We only use clean water, direct from community water supplies.  In order to limit potential damage to your pool, we refrain from using high pressure pumps. 

At Truitt’s, we know that time is money, and we won’t waste yours.  We work hard to be on time, every time.  In those rare cases when we face unavoidable delays, we contact customers as soon as possible to keep them updated on the situation and our likely arrival time.  We also make a concerted effort to leave every home as lovely as we find it.  We don't drive our trucks onto our customers' properties without their permission and guidance. 

Our mission is to make sure that our customers can fully enjoy their swimming pool.  That’s why we make sure we use quality water and provide excellent customer service, providing knowledgeable and experienced employees who are polite and professional throughout the entire process.
